Silver Slipper presents it's 4th installment; Year 1 In Review. A night of laughs, love, and our favorite numbers from the shows first year. Martina returns this time with performers from all over Minnesota to perform numbers from Broadway Hits, off-Broadway Smashes, and fresh new material from local up-and-coming composers. The show will feature a wide rage of great performers from the live drag, musical theater, and local music scene performing solos, duets, small group numbers, and all cast numbers that are sure to entertain and even enlighten the audience. Numbers from Broadway hits like Avenue Q, Wild Party, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Into The Woods, Oh Kay!, The Full Monty, Sound of Music, and Hairspray will be featured. As well as numbers from Off-Broadway smashes including A New Brain. Altar Boyz, Tick Tick Boom, and many more well and not so well known shows. Martina Marraccino (who has been seen with Dragmanity, Lip Service, Pumps and Pearls, TNT, Dykes Do Drag, Live Nude Drag and other performing groups in Minnesota) hosts a good old-fashioned Broadway Cabaret. This is the 3rd installment for MBC for Co-Founders Seth Gabriel and Martino Mayotte who created this show to bridge the gap between Theatre and Drag as well as bringing together local performers who otherwise may not have the opportunity to share their talents with one another. "The cast always have a great time and always puts on a great show. We strive to bring an affordable option for a night out of quality entertainment to the cities. We create a show where people can laugh their ass off but then are able to enjoy some truly moving moments." -Martina

Martino and Seth have been working as Directors, Choreographers and Writers in the Minnesota Theater scene ever since moving here following their education at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York. They bring a combined 20 years of experience and total love of musical theater and Drag performance to every show, devoting their lives to the theater. And they, along with their talented cast, are excited to share their passion with you the audience.
