PARTY: Scheduling Thank you for your interest in having your event at the Bryant Lake Bowl. The first step in having your event is picking a date, so get a few in mind, and give us a call with any questions we have not answered here. We recommend scheduling at least one month in advance; two weeks is the minimum. You can go to our bowling section and check out suggestions for fun bowling games. We also offer our theater space for breakfast and lunch meetings; please see the last page of this pamphlet for details. Menu Selection We have a number of food options for you. If you have something specific in mind that isn't here, let us know. We can do almost anything. There is also a copy of our regular menu on the website to give you an idea of foods that we regularly have in the house. Groups of 15 or more are strongly encouraged to order items from the party menu, this prevents delays in service. Ordering food from the party menu allows us to set your food up buffet style so that your guests can eat and have bowling fun all at once! Beverage Selection We have a broad array of non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, beer and wine. You can have an open bar for your party, pass out drink tickets for your guests, or leave the beverages to your guests. We will help you make the best decision for your party and your guests when you call. Deposit/Gratuity A $100 deposit is required for parties of 15 or more. The deposit will be applied to the total party bill and is refundable only if the BLB receives notice of party cancellation a minimum of 14 days in advance. A Suggested 18% gratuity will be added to your food/beverage bill on the day of your event. Thank you for considering the Bryant Lake Bowl for your event.
