Performed by Margo Caprice, Minneapolis’ Own Geriatric Drag Queen
Friday, October 13, 2017
10:00 pm / Doors open at 9:30pm
Tickets: $10-$20 sliding scale
See-through gowns, big hair, glamorous makeup… Margo Caprice performs a tribute to the diva of all divas, Cher. Margo will lipsync her way through Cher’s hits in costumes based on the superstar’s Vegas show. She will also tell you fabulous stories about her “Checkered Past With Stars,” including an encounter with Cher herself! Enjoy food, indulge in cocktails, feast your eyes on six costume changes and one hair extravaganza — and hope that, at her age, Margo doesn’t break a hip. Watch out! Scantily clad dancing boys may appear out of nowhere. It’s a “Woman’s World,” as seen through the eyes of a drag queen.
Friday night benefits THE ALIVENESS PROJECT and Saturday night benefits GADFLY THEATRE. Margo is lipsyncing for the not-for-profits!
