Appearing for four nights in an intimate revival of her first full length one woman show, Mayda returns to the stage, this time at Bryant Lake Bowl Theatre, to play some tunes, share her story of transracial adoption, growing up hip hop in St Paul, and discovering an identity beyond labels. She’s on the edge of millenialism, and at the start of something new. Come and enjoy this new take on a riveting rock and roll story, and see a whole new side of Mayda with the direction of her friend Marcel Michele-Mobama, and enjoy Mayda's eclectic musical roots, from Snoop Dogg to Prince.
