Jackdonkey Productions is thrilled to bring The Assassination of the Archduke of Austria-Hungary Franz Ferdinand to Bryant Lake Bowl and Theater. A comedic tragedy written by Joey Hamburger, and directed by Zach Christensen.

This 90-minute performance features 30 characters (not including peacocks) and the sequence of events that led to the assassination of Franz Ferdinand.

Jackdonkey Productions started as an idea in 2019 with an interest in exploring existence through the lenses of Experimental, Absurdist, and Surrealist Theatre. Since the spark of this idea in undergrad, Jackdonkey Productions has turned into a full-fledged theatre company performing around the Twin Cities, and beyond.
