8/11 Housing and the Racial Wealth Gap

Minnesota has one of the largest racial wealth gaps in the nation. The GroundBreak Coalition, led by Adair Mosley, has some ideas on how to close it — and they don’t involve a clamp.

Join us at the Bryant Lake Bowl, where Mosley and Tane Danger will talk about GroundBreak’s critical work funding first-time home buyers, entrepreneurs, and housing developers serving the Twin Cities metro. With that conversation as the foundation, the Danger Boat improv squad will construct one-of-a-kind comedy sketches that put the LOL in low-interest loans.

Will this be the night we get to see Tane Danger’s much-ballyhoo’d backhoe impression …? Brandon Boat’s first draft of “Mortgage: The Musical” …? There’s only one way to find out.
